The Board advised this vote will take place at the next Board Meeting. Dr. Hillyn H. Sennholtz introduced herself and her experience.

Development Report
Foundations toured and are interested in our outdoor expeditions and campus. Received an award for excellence in the workplace. Elgin Hispanic Network included the Application information and lottery flyer. Met with several prospective board members or committee members. Akash Gandhi has agreed to chair the governance committee.
