Parking Plan at EMSA
Owen's write-up of the event parking process will be incorporated into this group's Parking Plan. We discussed striping and adding signage to the no-parking areas in front of buildings and fire hydrants, etc. The group discussed walnut tree removal (minimum 3 trees to be removed at proposed silo parking area) and potential play space and habitat improvement.

Next steps
We set a deadline of our June meeting to draft an EMSA Parking Plan which will include maps and directions.

Educational Spaces, Playgrounds & Natural Play Areas
Our next meeting will be focused on expanding & improving play spaces on campus.

Ecosystem Education
At our next meeting we will also review bird strike prevention measures for the Gym and other buildings.

Sound Wall (Illinois Tollway)
The Tollway has offered to pay for a relocation of our current playground by the Art barn.

Paige, Nicole and Brigid are spearheading interactive hopscotch ideas specified to each grade level. Each class has a specific location somewhere on campus. They are working to facilitate moveable frisbee golf for the upper grades. On the frisbees can be a fact about the environment.
