Discussion and idea sharing ensued. The Work Group will help support the concepts: use of paved areas for math/ELA play and creation of a frisbee golf course. The Work Group also discussed with staff the possibility of creating natural play areas (examples cited were Bison Park in Schaumburg, Nature Play behind Dundee Library). The Natural Playground concept will remain an item on the agenda.
