Dan Alexander introduced Lindsay Wall of Longhouse Capital Advisors. Ms. Wall described the role she would potentially play in acting as an extension of EMSA, to assist the School to plan and implement capital financing either through a traditional tax-exempt bond placement, or potentially a similar financing vehicle, EFF. Committee members asked questions and engaged in dialogue with Ms. Wall.
