Call the Meeting to Order
L. Fuhr called a meeting of the Academic Excellence Committee of Elgin Math & Science Academy to order on Friday Mar 12, 2021 at 8:00 AM.

Approve Minutes
G. Swick made a motion to approve the minutes from Academic Excellence Committee Meeting on 02-03-20.
K. Kelly seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
II. NWEA Winter Testing Results
A.
Overall Growth and Benchmark Data
Discussion of Growth and Benchmark scores from winter testing.
B.
Special Education Subgroup Data
Special education data was presented by Tiffanie Jeffery in reference to growth and benchmark scores.
C.
MLL Subgroup Data
Sarah Said presented MLL data including growth and benchmark scores for the MLL sub-group. Students were close to the 50% goal meeting and exceeding their individual growth target.
