Call the Meeting to Order
B. Pinon called a meeting of the board of directors of Elgin Math & Science Academy to order on Tuesday Jul 14, 2020 at 7:08 PM.
II. Executive Session
A.
Enter Executive Session
G. Swick made a motion to Go into executive session.
K. Shaw seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
B.
Evaluation of Principal
The board reviewed the proposed memo and discussed areas of strength and growth. A few points of very high merit discussed include Lezlie's implementation of ELeducation and management of education during the pandemic. A few points of growth included communication with parents and managing the CFO/financials.
C.
Review and Approve Memo of Evaluation of Principal
G. Swick made a motion to Approve the memo of evaluation of Principal Fuhr.
K. Shaw seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
D.
End Executive Session
M. Gibb made a motion to leave executive session.
G. Swick seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
