B. Pinon made a motion to approve minutes from the EMSA Board of Directors Meeting on 06-21-19 EMSA Board of Directors Meeting on 06-21-19.
D. Verges seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

APPROVE MINUTES
D. Verges made a motion to Approve the minutes from the June 27 Special Board Meeting.
K. Shaw seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Infectious Disease Policy
D. Verges made a motion to Approve infectious disease policy as provided by Ms Fuhr.
K. Shaw seconded the motion.
