Call the Meeting to Order
K. Kelly called a meeting of the board of directors of Elgin Math & Science Academy to order on Friday Jun 7, 2019 at 10:05 AM.
II. FOR VOTE: Budget and/or Choice of General Contractor for Art Barn Renovation
A.
Approve General Contractor for Renovation of Art Barn
Frank spoke with both Leopardo & Precision Quality contractors to try & get them closer to our original bid
D. Verges made a motion to to approve Precision Quality Contractors with a total project cap of up to $350k.
G. Swick seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

Approve the budget for the Art Barn Renovation.
D. Verges made a motion to to cap Art Barn project at $350k.
