S. Beck called a meeting of the Resource Development & Outreach Committee of Elgin Math & Science Academy to order on Thursday Jan 8, 2026 at 4:35 PM.

Approval of Minutes
S. Bennett made a motion to approve the minutes from Development Committee meeting on 12-11-25.
S. Beck seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Resource Development & Outreach

Board Fundraising - $10,000 goal
B.
Bowling Bash Planning
Committee reviewed the logistics of the bowling bash and created a strategy to recruit participants for a committee.
