Call the Meeting to Order
S. Beck called a meeting of the Resource Development & Outreach Committee of Elgin Math & Science Academy to order on Thursday Dec 11, 2025 at 4:32 PM.

Approval of Minutes
T. Gandhi made a motion to approve the minutes from Development Committee meeting on 11-13-25.
S. Beck seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
II. Resource Development & Outreach
A.
Board Fundraising - $10,000 goal
B.
EPTC Fundraising
Popcorn fundraiser brought in $3000 - $6000 in total sales. Approximately 10% participation.
Sarah and Priti shared reflections on fundraiser.
Discussion around celebrating students and families who contribute to fundraising, setting a percent goal of fundraising participation and signage to increase participation.
C.
Bowling Bash Planning
Early January, message to community why fundraising is important, what makes charter school different, etc.
Then save the date for Bowling Bash.
