Call the Meeting to Order
S. Beck called a meeting of the Resource Development & Outreach Committee of Elgin Math & Science Academy to order on Wednesday Oct 8, 2025 at 4:31 PM.

Approval of Minutes
T. Gandhi made a motion to approve the minutes from Development Committee meeting on 09-11-25.
S. Beck seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
II. Resource Development & Outreach
A.
Board Fundraising - $10,000 goal
B.
Annual Campaign - Giving Tuesday
Kathryn will take a lead on social media, letter to families, and letter from Board Chair
No Uniform day on Giving Tuesday
C.
EPTC Fundraising
Development committee and school leadership will brainstorm ideas to present to EPTC.
Discussion of hosting a Color Run next summer or Fall. Focus on Bowling Bash as Spring Fundraiser and Color Run for Fall fundraiser.
