Board members are to be undergoing its annual board assessment. Should we invite Administration to fill out the assessment? or plan for future ED to be the only involved staff member (as suggested by board on track)?

• What is Governance's roll in addressing committee structure and accountability? 

• What is our recommendation for the number of committees board members may serve/chair?

OMA; requires that we once again meet live when national and state pandemic emergency is declared over.  At this time it appears that the feds will make declaration second week of May and state will likely follow.  This does have implications for us as everyone has gotten used to the ease of meeting remotely.
