COO and Wheeler Kearns Architects conducted an RFP process for pre-construction services.
There were three respondents. Admin & WKA recommend Bulley & Andrews be chosen. Master Planning Committee met on October 12, 2022 and conducted an informal survey of members regarding the choice of pre-construction services vendor. All three Committee members indicating a preference indicated a preference for Bulley & Andrews.
The RFP document, the proposals, and a summary analysis prepared by WKA are attached. |
