Wheeler Kearns has asked for authorization to expend an additional $9,400 on civil engineering for the broader area around the Administration Building, affecting the flow of water towards and around the Building. This was not work done several years ago when the drawings for the Admin Building were first done. If the Board wishes, this Board approval can be contingent on the approval of the Master Planning Committee. The Finance Committee has already voted to recommend approval, subject to the approval of the Master Planning Committee (and Board). |
