This Meeting is being held remotely due to the COVID public health emergency.

II. Financial Report

Shanan Egger will present the interim financial statements for July 31, 2022.

 

 

III. Operations Update
  A. COO Report on Operations
   

Dan will present the August COO Operations Report.  

 

Suggestion:  Can the Board consider some formal thanks for Richard Wilson for his volunteer efforts, prior to his relocation out of State?  

 

Dan would like to present several items for discussion and potentially, vote.  

 

First, a request to spend $3,369 more than the $47,316 approved by the Board of Directors at its May 24, 2022 Meeting. Vendors have completed all construction work save the sound insulating panels in the MPR multi-purpose room.  Approval of this additional $3,369, would bring total construction cost for all items to $50,685.  Dan will speak about this further on August 16th.

 

Second, Wheeler Kearns Architects is going to present an estimated cost of Civil Engineering to Dan/EMSA likely before August 16th.  The request will be $9,400, additional to the $30,000 the Board approved for architectural programming & associated investigations June 28th.  Dan will speak about this further on August 16th.
