Buildings Report:
1. A PD on Covid-era cleaning is happening today March 17th for EMSA custodial staff.
2. Minor repairs/servicing of Neil Building roof and bathrooms have taken place to resolve long-standing issues. A proposal for more substantive roof repair at Neil is in process. A proposal for giving a once-over on the furnace system including ductwork cleaning is in process.

The project continues to track to be on-schedule, and under budget for the defined scope of the Gym Project plus Warm Safe and Dry.
Financing Closed on February 26th. Construction Draw #1 funded on March 11th through construction escrow. Financing is in place, and payments are up-to-date.
