Closing out GMP #1

• New Account for MP funds.

    1. At 9/30/20 it is $25,158.  When we close October it will be $33,544 at 10/31/20.  We will continue to add $8,386 to the account each month until we commit to long-term debt. 

• Update on loan / financing.

    3. Financing "warm, safe and dry" work for buildings to get to place of insurability.

The attached documents are CONFIDENTIAL and contain ATTORNEY CLIENT privileged information to help inform our decision regarding the Terms and Conditions of the Property Ownership contract.  Please do not share these with anyone.

Two programs for consideration:

1. Illinois Landmarks Award--: 2,500 (used for tarping admin roof)
   1. tarping is failing, request new grant monies for "warm, safe and dry" effort.
2. National Historic Landmarks Federal Program (reassess for future needs)
3. Illinois Clean Energy Community Foundation Net Zero Energy Building Program (https://www.illinoiscleanenergy.org/energy-program/net-zero-energy-building-program)
4. Steelcase Furniture: https://www.steelcase.com/discover/information/education/active-learning-center-grant/
   Need collaboration with classroom teacher. This research grant should be on our list for 2020/2021.

6. Rebuild IL fast-track grant: TBA June 30 – UPDATE: Rebuild announcement timeline is "UNKNOWN" at this time.
7. 500K (should know in November).
