Considerations:
• Leopardo is asking for a 70/30 split on any money not spent in the GMP (70 EMSA / 30 LEOPARDO).
  B. Bid Package #1 Award Recommendations
   
  1. LCI (Leopardo) received information for BP #1 bidding through 6/5
  2. LCI bids were due 6/5; scoping/reviewing subs 6/8-6/15
  3. LCI to provide award recommendations to EMSA on 6/16
  4. Call w/ IFF/EMSA on Wednesday, 6/17 to discuss:  bid package #1 costs/financing/award recommendations/approvals, schedule, asphalt work, cost control log updates, etc.
  5. Looking for EMSA approvals by 6/19
  6. LCI to procure subs/write contracts/submittals/materials, etc.: 6/22-7/3
  7. Construction start on sitework: 7/7 – contingent on above items, completed around 8/10-8/14
