Wheeler Kearns Architects have submitted their proposed fees for completing 1) only the Gym, and 2) both the Gym and Admin.  WKArch reduced their fee by $40K to help offset the higher-than-expected fees from the engineers.  Upon the recommendation of EMSA's Owner's Rep and review and reflection by the committee, the Master Plan Committee on Friday voted to recommend that the Board accept the proposal for both the Gym and Admin buildings.  There is a substantial savings in overall costs this way.
