EMSA has received two official bids for the renovation work for its Art Barn: 1) Leopardo Companies for $523,513 plus 3% and 2) Precision Quality Contractors for $320,000 plus 10%. Frank, Kerry and Wheeler Kearns Architects met with both companies on June 5 to discuss terms and where savings might be achieved. This will be shared with the Board at the meeting. |
