  D. Contract Approval: LCPS and Cisco Webex Calling (Phone System) Vote Rich Harrison 5 m
   

Recommendation: The CEO recommends approval of the three year agreement between LCPS and Cisco Webex for a unified phone system across our schools and offices; the total cost is $108,293.70

This contract for $100,968 is for a contracter to backfill a counseling position out on leave until End Jan/Early Feb

  
  F. Contract Approval: LCPS and Psych Ed Services Vote Rich Harrison 5 m
   

Recommendation:  The CEO recommends contract approval between lCPS and Psych Ed Services up to $291,775.  This is in lieu of 1.5 FTE that we were unable to hire.  Note, in the 2022-23 SY, we had an agreement with Psych Ed Services and spent $267,841.20
