We are in the process of revising a number of HR policies that will be voted as part of the Employee Handbook changes for FY27 at Wednesday's Board meeting.  As part of this work, we are looking to decrease the number of vacation days for 240 day employees. School closures for Thanksgiving break, winter break and Fridays in July do not count against vacation time.

Moving forward, 240 day exempt employees will reduce their accrual from 20 days to 16 days and 240 day non-exempt employees will accrue 12 days instead of 13 days.
