The annual premium is increasing from $97,237 to $110,887.  This is largely due to increases in the property insurance premium (replacement cost and the cost of the buildings increased) and the payroll increase for worker's compensation.  The school had a number of worker's compensation claims this year and the rate increase reflects an increase in exposure.  General liability increased slightly.
