Call the Meeting to Order
Dr. Natoshia Anderson called a meeting to order on Wednesday Apr 24, 2024 at 6:33 PM.
II. Presentation and Review of Budget
A.
Enrollment Target Adjustment
Shawanda Brown made a motion to Approve Budget and Target Enrollment.
Teyardia LeRoy seconded the motion.
The target enrollment was adjusted from 530 to 490, and the budget was adjusted to reflect the enrollment change. The board felt this reflected enrollment deflections due to a new school opening in the area.
III. Closing Items

Adjourn Meeting
Shawanda Brown made a motion to adjourn budget meeting.
Kyera Perry seconded the motion.
The team VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 6:50 PM.
