Call the Meeting to Order
J. Kline called a meeting of the board of directors of Achievement Prep to order on Wednesday Jan 14, 2026 at 6:39 PM.

Approve Minutes
J. Kline made a motion to approve the minutes from APREP Board Meeting on 11-19-25.
S. Rosenbaum seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. State of the School

State of the School
- SL alerted the Board of upcoming Winter MAP testing
- SL shared high-level adjusted growth plan for 26-27SY
- SL answered the Board's questions regarding enrollment goal, DPA, parent partnership
III. Finance Committee

Updates
- Susie led the Board in discussion of our November financials, audit success, and post-audit actions
- Point of pride: Clean Audit AGAIN (since our founding)
IV. Governance Session
A.
Board Compliance
- Welcome new Parent board member!
- Several terms up this month/year.
- Board will vote on all identified terms next meeting (in-person)
