Call the Meeting to Order
K. Borchert called a meeting of the board of trustees of Boston Preparatory Charter Public School to order on Friday Sep 11, 2026 at 9:32 AM.

Vote to Enter Executive Session
T. Huff made a motion to Enter executive session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A,
§21(a)(7).
J. Nobles seconded the motion.

VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Executive Session
A.
The Board of Trustees will enter Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A,§21(a)(7), to discuss a formal parent complaint. The discussion is expected to include sensitive personnel matters. The Board will return to open session.

Vote to Seal the Minutes
J. Nobles made a motion to seal the minutes from Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, §22(g).

Vote on how to respond to parent complaint
T. Huff made a motion to refrain from undertaking any investigation or further action relative to the parent’s complaint.
