Jenna Daniels called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Bethany Community School to order on Thursday Sep 17, 2026 at 5:12 PM.

Jenna Daniels made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Meeting on 07-30-26.
Scott Lewis seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Jenna Daniels made a motion to Ask board to move $150,478.07 cash at Raymond James to the Raymond James Investment account.
Ana Bumgarner seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Review YTD Spending and Year End Projections
Reviewed YTD spending and Year End Projections.
III. New Business
A.
Fiscal Procedure Revisions
Discussed and approved additions to the fiscal procedures. Will approve policies in October.
B.
Items for consideration from Personnel
Discussed passing of State paid parental leave and upcoming impacts.
