Call the Meeting to Order
Jenna Daniels called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Bethany Community School to order on Tuesday Feb 17, 2026 at 5:20 PM.

Approve Minutes
Jenna Daniels made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Meeting on 01-22-26.
Megan Coleman seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Review Monthly Financial Statements

Internal Fiscal Policy Revisions
Discussed revisions to current policy. Will continue to review for approval at the March meeting.
B.
Review Year End Projects
Megan Coleman made a motion to send various exterior painting quotes to Governance committee for a recommendation, to have ready for board to approve at the February meeting (but all are within range).
Jenna Daniels seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
C.
Raymond James Investments
Jenna Daniels made a motion to move $42,666.08 cash at Raymond James to the Raymond James investment account.
Megan Coleman seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
D.
Personnel's Request
Reviewed proposed new salary scales (including ratios) from Personnel to determine the feasibility of 26/27 budget.
