Jenna Daniels called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Bethany Community School to order on Thursday Jan 22, 2026 at 5:04 PM.

Approve Minutes
Megan Coleman made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Meeting on 11-20-25.
Jenna Daniels seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Internal Fiscal Policy Revisions
Discussed revisions to current policy. Will continue to review for approval at the March meeting.

Bus Plan
Discussed quotes and plans for bus purchases.
Jenna Daniels made a motion to bring two quotes for buses to Board for approval at the January meeting.
Megan Coleman seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
D.
Review Year End Projects
Megan Coleman made a motion to bring both smart board and middle school desk year end projects to the Board at the January meeting for approval.
Jenna Daniels seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Other Discussion
Discussed moving additional funds from operating to Raymond James.
