Jenna Daniels called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Bethany Community School to order on Thursday Nov 20, 2025 at 5:01 PM.

Approve Minutes
Jenna Daniels made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Meeting on 10-23-25.
Megan Coleman seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Megan Coleman made a motion to approve the Lease Modification of Rent signed by Foundation, and bring to board for final approval and signature.
Jenna Daniels seconded the motion.

III. Front Gate and Pond Fence Quotes

Front Gate and Pond Quotes
Megan Coleman made a motion to bring gate and pond quotes to board for review and approval.
Jenna Daniels seconded the motion.
Discussed various front gate quotes and pond fencing quotes.

Budget Review Dates
First budget review date to be completed with Prestige (DF) by January 31, 2026.

Succession Planning
Succession planning for office staff to be completed by January 31, 2026.

Internal Fiscal Policy Revision Date
Internal Fiscal Policy revisions to be discussed at the February Finance Committee meeting.
