Call the Meeting to Order
A. Jones-Taylor called a meeting of the board of directors of Clarksdale Collegiate Public Charter School to order on Monday Feb 5, 2024 at 9:00 AM.
II. New Business
A.
Consider Approval of Charter Merger
S. Jossell made a motion to submit a merger request application to merge Clarksdale Collegiate Public Charter School (K-8) with Clarksdale Collegiate Prep (9-12) under one contract resulting in one LEA.
M. Dixon seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
