Call the Meeting to Order
A. Jones-Taylor called a meeting of the board of directors of Clarksdale Collegiate Public Charter School to order on Monday Nov 1, 2021 at 5:30 PM.

Approve Minutes from September 27, 2021 Board Meeting
W. Crews made a motion to approve the minutes from Monthly Board Meeting on 09-27-21.
C. Johnson seconded the motion.
The minutes were approved with no changes.
II. Executive Director's Report

Executive Director's Report
W. Crews made a motion to accept the Executive Director's Report.
C. Johnson seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
III. Finance
A.
Financial Report
C. Johnson made a motion to approve the September 2021 financial report.
S. Howell seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
B.
FY21 Audit Report
The board reviewed and discussed the FY21 financial audit. The school received a favorable unqualified opinion. The board and staff will take actions to improve internal controls as noted in the audit.
