Call the Meeting to Order
W. Crews called a meeting of the board of directors of Clarksdale Collegiate Public Charter School to order on Monday Aug 23, 2021 at 5:36 PM.

Approve Minutes from August 2, 2021 Board Meeting
C. Johnson made a motion to approve the minutes from July Board Meeting on 08-02-21.
S. Howell seconded the motion.
One correction was made to the attendance record on the minutes.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Executive Director's Report

ED Report
A. Johnson gave a brief report which included updates on key metrics and an update on the school's response to COVID-19. She also reported that the next report will include beginning of the year academic data.
III. Finance
A.
Financial Reports
C. Johnson made a motion to approve the July 2021 financial report.
S. Howell seconded the motion.
T. Thornton gave the July 2021 financial report and answered questions from the board.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
