David Endom and Rob Tate, Level Field Partners, will provide an update on the 7-12 facility and answer questions regarding the planning progress.

The Governance Committee has idenified a potential new board member. Kevin Bass, a lawyer and litigator in Jackson, is familiar with the charter sector in Mississippi and is interested in serving on our board. The committee is interested in the board considering Kevin Bass as a new board member.
