PCM board working meetings are open to the public. Meetings are conducted in Gladish Community and Cultural Center, 115 NW State St Pullman WA 99163. Work will be conducted in room 102.

Call the Meeting to Order
J. Cassleman called a meeting of the board of trustees of Pullman Community Montessori to order on Tuesday Jan 10, 2023 at 5:21 PM.
II. Working Meeting Item
A.
Prospective Trustee Interview
B. Wolff made a motion to accept Kim Torres's application to the board and offer her an appointment to serve as a PCM Board Trustee.
A. Rahmani seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
B.
2022-23 Board Goal Review and Planning
Reviewed board goals.
Heavy emphasis currently on Goal #1 (building out board and prospects for committees)
Will we engage in working meetings alternating with the normal board meetings. Agreed to have really clear tangible action steps for working meetings.
B. Wolff made a motion to add working meetings to the second Tuesday of each month at 5:15 up through the end of June.
A. Rahmani seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
