Call the Meeting to Order
B. Wolff called a meeting of the Leadership Evaluation & Support Committee (LESC) Committee of Pullman Community Montessori to order on Monday May 17, 2021 at 2:05 PM.

Approve Minutes 04-19-2021
B. Wolff made a motion to approve the minutes from Leadership Evaluation & Support Committee (LESC) on 04-19-21.
S. Lawson seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Focus on End of Year review for HOS
A.
Review Survey Responses
- Bev will most likely make future versions of the survey in Survey Monkey (easier to review data)
- Some people were confused as to whether or not they had completed it already
- LESC reviewed the survey results to discuss the overall takeaway. Began to build supports for Laylah.
- Setting up structures at the school in a way that Laylah can implement a leadership style that reflects the "Montessori" approach; the school can run smoothly without Laylah needing to be physically present because staff have been trained and empowered to do so.
B.
Reporting most recent HOS feedback survey to the full board
- "Glows" - Improvement in concise communication
- "Grows" - Continuing to grow towards leading in a Montessori approach
