II. Identifying areas in need of support and ways to provide support
 

This meeting is focused on support, not evaluation.

Three areas have been identified in need of support.  The areas are enrollment, staff retention and academic excellence.

 
  A. HOS responds to questions raised by LSEC and presented in a letter to HOS
   

The focus will be on HOS presenting information related to staff retention, academic progress and enrollment goals.  These are three areas identified as essential areas of focus for the immediate future.  This will give the HOS an opportunity to answer questions raised in a letter sent to HOS from the LSEC following the January meeting.   
  B. Gathering data
   
  • Discuss timeline for gathering feedback from families, volunteers, staff
  • Discuss timeline for HOS evaluation
