Review progress toward 2022-23 board goals & develop plan details.
Board Goals 2022-23 #1. Board members understand the established benchmarks for assessing school financial health. #2. Continuous and strategic recruitment of committee and board members. #3. Committees are established and have set goals and priorities for the year.
Process: 1. Review trustee task completion 2. Adjust recruitment plan to ensure all previous tasks are complete 3. Revise recruitment plan to support complete future tasks 4. Build and detail facets of the recruitment and committee development plans |
