Location

This open public lottery will be held in the Gladish Community and Cultural Center View Room (located on the 3rd floor). To increase accessibility and be attentive to health considerations, PCM's open public lottery will be hosted on ZOOM.

(This meeting will be recorded so please have your cameras off if you do not care to appear in the recording. Chat and unmute features will be turned off during the session to reduce potential technical problems).

We ask that anyone wanting to attend in person notify us at info@myPCM.org by 5:00 PM on the 20th. You will be asked to temperature check, sign a Community Safety Agreement, wear a well fitted mask, and maintain 6 feet of distance. We may contact you to make other arrangements if in person interest exceeds the capacity of the View Room.

		PULLMAN COMMUNITY MONTESSORI (PCM) is a public school open to all children free of charge. The Enrollment Lottery will be held on February 22, 2021 at 1:00 PM. The lottery location will be the Gladish Community Center, View Room (3rd floor). Because the number of timely submitted and verified applications of eligible students for admission exceeds the capacity of the first grade and second grade levels, PCM will select students through a random, public lottery to ensure fairness. The lottery results will be posted and the video recording of the lottery will be available on our website.

	A.	Adjourn Meeting
		The PCM 2021 Enrollment Lottery will be observed and verified to be accurate and without bias by a member of the PCM Board of Trustees and an unaffiliated third-party observer. John Cassleman - PCM Board of Trustees Chair David Harder - Plateau Archaeological Investigations, LLC Mr. Cassleman and Mr. Harder will certify and sign that the lottery was run per PCM’s documented process and with full transparency and fairness.
