Call the Meeting to Order
Robert Peterson called a meeting of the board of directors of Explorations Charter School to order on Monday Aug 24, 2026 at 4:36 PM.

Motion to remove Jill Johnson from all of the bank accounts at Northwest Community Bank
Robert Peterson made a motion to remove Jill Johnson from all of the bank accounts at Northwest Community Bank.
Hilary Paden seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
D.
Motion to accept Bill Hallam and Joe White as Interim Co-Executive Directors/Principals of Explorations Charter School for the 2026-2027 school year
Robert Peterson made a motion to accept Bill Hallam and Joe White as Interim Co-Executive Directors/Principals of Explorations Charter School for the 2026-2027 school year.
Hilary Paden seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Motion to Add Bill Hallam and Joe White to all necessary banking responsibilities at Northwest Community Bank including deposits, withdrawls, line of credit, etc
