Call the Meeting to Order
Robert Peterson called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Explorations Charter School to order on Wednesday Apr 23, 2025 at 5:03 PM.

Ginni Block made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Meeting on 04-11-25.
Robert Peterson seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

We are waiting to hear back from John Larson’# office after 60 days from inquiry, which will be later this week.

Our final state check will be in after budget report from the end of March. We will be taking out money from the line of credit, which we knew. Profit/loss statement should be positive.
