Call the Meeting to Order
A. Lee called a meeting of the board of directors of Miles Ahead Charter School to order on Wednesday Mar 13, 2024 at 8:34 PM.
II. Executive Session Discussion

Executive Session-Personnel
E. Miller made a motion to move to Executive session to discuss matters concerning Personnel 8:40 pm.
J. Toussaint seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
C. Browne-Roberts made a motion to end the Executive Session at 9:23pm.
E. Miller seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
