We will use the Big Goals to share with Kolt as a vision for instruction for MACs: https://docs.google.com/document/d/19U60bC-qwsHjUVcIeD85PfKtbMIURIfb0ubisG-obpk/edit
We will make posters with the Big Goals for all classrooms and Ashlee will lead a presentation around these goals for teachers during pre-planning.

Update of Instructional Curriculum and Materials Orders
What has been delivered:
- HMH Into Math
- Math manipulatives
- 60% of school furniture has been delivered
- ***EL Education order is in progress
- ***Phonics???? What is the plan for teaching phonics? UFli or Heggerty

LKES Trainings and Evaluators
Justin and Ashlee will reach out to the state to gain access to the LKES portal and any training needed.

Needs from MACs Leadership from the Academic Committee
Chasity shared that she is working on the Family and Engagement plan for MACS.
Justin shared this resource as well as another elementary school's Family and Engagement Plan: https://www.wested.org/wested-events/
-Create a Google Folder of Best Practices to share with Kolt and staff.
