Call the Meeting to Order
T. Reese called a meeting of the Governance Committee Committee of Miles Ahead Charter School to order on Thursday May 7, 2026 at 7:07 PM.

T. Reese made a motion to approve the minutes from MACS Monthly Governance Meeting on 04-02-26.

Policy Review
The policies to review for the May board meeting was received on April 24. Committee members have not had the opportunity to complete their review of the policy so a special meeting wll be called next week to discuss and vote on the policies.
Uso to send communication to the legal organ, Marietta Daily Journal, with notification of the special meeting.
