U. Sayers called a meeting of the Governance Committee Committee of Miles Ahead Charter School to order on Thursday Feb 5, 2026 at 7:01 PM.

H. Lust made a motion to approve the minutes from MACS Monthly Governance Meeting on 01-08-26.

For all policies:
- Please add MACs logo to the first page for all policies
- Add page #s to all policies
- Format the bullets so they are consistent
Morgan provided updates on the following policies:
- Care of Students with Diabetes
- Emergency Preparedness
- Immunization of Students
- Vision, Hearing, Dental, and Nutrition Screening Policy
- Wellness
- Literacy & Dyslexia Policy
The policies will be finalized and provided to the Governance committee so that they can be shared with the board for approval at the upcoming February board meeting.
