The Head of School will provide a brief program update and then lead the board in an activity to choose, watch and discuss recordings of different Launch classes and appreciate teachers for their work.

Megan Hodges, Launch's fundraising consultant, will introduce herself to the full board and will provide an update on the activity of the fundraising committee and the state of the capital campaign.

The Executive Director will present to the board on the proposed role of committees for the FBF project, and their support of creating a process that is inclusive of stakeholder voices, transparent and equitable.
