Notice is hereby given that a board meeting is scheduled at 01:30 PM.
This Meeting will be held at Prelude Prep- 1707 Centennial Blvd. San Antonio, TX 78211.
Items will not necessarily be discussed or considered in the order they are printed on the
agenda below. If, during the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should
be held in an executive or closed session, the Board will convene in such executive or closed
session as permitted by and in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.

A.
Review School Hearing First and Financial Management Report
The Annual Financial Report (AFR) of our first Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST) rating for the year ending June30, 2022 will be presented to the public on 5 January 2023. Summary attached.
B.
Review 2023-2023 Texas Performance Report (TAPR)
The TAPR was presented, which includes state and region data. Our student results have been previously discussed. School ratings have not been assessed this year due to outstanding law suits from multiple ISDs.
C.
Board discussion on Charter Expectations Update/Draft
Tabled.

Board adjourned at 09:33 for a closed executive session to discuss School Safety and Security and returned at 09:49.

B.
Superintendent's Report
1. There has been a delay with CPS getting power to the new building. A new pole had to be put in and it will hopefully come about soon.
2. The San Antonio Can school next door is closing and the campus is being offered for sale, with no projected date. We have been allowed to use their gym for some of our functions.
3. Parent surveys have gone out with the school newsletter. Some of have returned but they will be resent to help increase compliance. Results will be presented next month. Teacher surveys will go out in Jan.

Board Training
Reminder that Board members have 6 hours of training to complete (through CSS) by June 2024. Members are requested to add their hours to the Exell record of training.

The next Board Meeting is January 17, 2024 at 0900 on campus. Ms. Munoz requests all agenda items be sent to her one week prior.
