This Meeting will be conducted by telephone conference in accordance with the Governor’s
authorization concerning the suspension of certain open meeting law requirements for COVID-19.

  D. Senate Bill 11 Vote
   

Senate Bill 11 2025 requires every Texas public school district and open enrollment charter school governing body to take a record vote by March 1 2026 on whether to adopt a policy establishing a dedicated daily period for voluntary prayer and the reading of the Bible or other religious texts.
