M. Green made a motion to approve the minutes from December 9, 2019. Regular Board Meeting on 12-09-19.

The Board of Trustees reconvened Open Session at 6:47PM.
The Board of Trustees voted in Closed Session to authorize the new legal counsel to move forward with mediation in the Tovar/Letherer case.
