S. Brush called a meeting of the Development Committee of Hill View Montessori to order on Tuesday Jan 14, 2025 at 6:40 PM.

  • Update from Tai
    • Alumni Event Planning Update - Alumni Event put on hold, venue not flexible with date and pricing
    • MV Chamber of Commerce Updates - Tai using as networking opportunity as schedule allows
    • Other Updates - Bingo, Bingo, and more Bingo!

New/Other Business

 

  • Anniversary Event Discussion
    • Confirm Date/Time May 17, 2025 - reserve space 11-2, can use for set up and break down if necessary, or can do a 3hr event and families can join as they are able.  Presentations should be planned for 12:30 (middle of event) to include as many people as possible 
    • Founder Involvement - Tai will work touch base with Mrs G and Ms Warren to see if having a performance and/or art work as a thank you gesture is do-able.
    • Other Invited Guests - Email to Founders, former board memebers, create a flyer for social media, possible press release
    • Volunteers - Face Paint, Dessert, Etc - nothing new to note, but can move forward now that we have a date
